As a growing network of Retained Executive Search firms, the former CIG website wasn’t positioned well to showcase the group’s global presence. Our primary strategy with the new site was to highlight the regional networks and provide a strong anchor This strategy has paid off tremendously. Within a year of the site relaunch traffic to the CIG website had increased by more than 200% and continues to grow.

Empowering their Global Network
To help strengthen the connection and bring additional power to this network of independent executive search firms, we created a very specialized intranet for CIG.
The primary focus of the intranet was to allow each firm to share their placement history and connections and build a large directory to pull from to gain information and connections for future placement projects.
Additionally the intranet allows the members to discuss relevant topics, stay up to date with company news as well as access important resources and documents.
