Monolith to specialized

When we began working with CCEF, their platform was a monolithic system managing marketing pages, subscriptions, course registrations, donations, and ecommerce. Initially functional, the structure struggled to scale as usage grew.

We've since helped them migrate to specialized systems that separate marketing content from business operations. This allows CCEF to manage their marketing independently without risking disruption to customer dashboards or other critical functions.

We now help them manage their ecommerce platform with the subscriber portal, a specialty payment system, as well as a headless frontend for their main marketing site.

Digital archive subscription

Since 1977, CCEF's Journal of Biblical Counseling has produced over 1,100 premium articles that we've help to digitize and make available through an online subscription service.

Readers can search the entire archive by topic, author, or issue, while personalizing their experience with saved favorites and custom reading lists. This has transformed decades of valuable content into an accessible, interactive research tool.
